Principe de fonctionnement :
Operating principle:
At the input, the bottles are spaced by means of a worm-screw, and spacing stars ensure a regular and smooth transfer of the bottles to the carrousel and their return to the conveyor.
On the 16-step carrousel, the bottles are held by rotating grabbers with lower and upper stoppers, the bottles can not fall off.
To ensure a full blending of the liquor with the wine, the bottle holders are rotated and tilted four times by mobile cams on the guide bars.

Construction:
Heavy-duty high-quality stainless steel lower frame, work surface and housing, with upper part made of translucent polycarbonate protection, this blender, designed and built for long-lasting performance, is very reliable and requires little maintenance.
The drive units and gears are located in the lower frame, with wide side openings protected by removable housings for easy access.

Rotary disgorging-dosing

Bottles are selected by a screw and introduced in the rotary tournament.
First rotation Disgorging : Bottles are taken (grabed) by the neck and are leaded in order to reach an inclined position.
Every bottle holder is equipped with an adjustable disgorging system and with an obturator to avoid the wine loss.
Second rotation : Emptying process to 6 cl (bottles upright)
Third rotation : Dosage process. The bottle is closed and inclined (60°). Dosage to 6 cl.
Dosage control up and down.
Fourth rotation : Filling up process (bottles upright). Feeding of wine with an adjustable small pneumatic pump in order to have a good refilling.
The machine is made of stainless steel, the casing is made of quality stainless steel plate and we use a protection made of transparent polycarbonate for the upper part ; This machine is distinguished by a reduced size and not much maintenance. The machine is manufactured so as to have a long life and to supply a regular work.
The machine is equipped to work with standard bottle (0.75 l).
Equipments for 0.375l, 1.5l and special shaped bottle can be provided.

Automatic rotary disgorging-

This machine is totally made of stainless steal. The working direction : only from left to the right
Bottles are guided to the disgorging post (8 stations) with an endless screw. Every bottle holder is equipped with an adjustable disgorging blade and an obturator in order to avoid the wine loss. The obturator can go down more or less quickly after the disgorging process in order to fit to the wine reactions.
A crown-cork and “Bidule” detector is placed between the disgorging and the dosage station. This detector can stop the machine if necessary.
The machine is equipped with a dose control system.
The dosage station is composed of :
6 emptying spouts (6cl maximum)
6 dosage spouts (6cl maximum)
6 refilling spouts
A “pressostat” (to measure the pressure) stops the machine automatically if there isn't enough pressure in the liquor circuit.
