Automatic
high speed mixing machine
for dosed bottles MLR 24

Principle
of operation
On
arrival, the bottles are placed in the right sequence by
a wormscrew and distribution starwheels to ensure a
gentle and regular transfer until the introduction into
the roundabout and the return of the bottles onto the
conveyor
On
the roundabout equipped with 24 stations, the bottles
are grabbed around the body by rotating grabbers fitted
with lower and upper brackets : the bottles can not fall.
To
ensure an intimate mixing of the liquor in the wine,
rollers moving along guiding ramps move the bottle
carriers in four successive rotations.
Solidly
and carefully built, the lower body, the machine tray
and the housing are made of high quality stainless steel,
the upper protection cover is made of transparent
polycarbonate. This mixing machine, designed and built
to last, guarantees high productivity and reduced
maintenance costs
The
lubricated driving gear and the wormscrew-type reductor
are located in the lower body, where wide side openings
protected by removable covers offer easy access.
