Automatic
rotating dosing machine (12 positions)

Machine
equipped for the processing of 75 centilitre bottles (with
classic NFII 35-033 ring), bidules and crown-caps in
compliance with INF recommendations. This machine can
process all sizes of bottles between half bottle and
magnum, as well as personalised bottles, with optional
equipment.
Mecanical
characteristics :
The machine is built on a stainless steel chassis fitted
with 4 adjustable jacks to ensure a level position;
Extreme care has been taken in the choice of materials.
Stainless steels 304 and 316L are the main elements.
It is associated with self-lubricating materials to ease
cleaning, sterilisation and maintenance, which gives the
machine a longer life expectancy.
It is designed to be connected to a standard production
line, in the left to tight direction (the opposite is
impossible).
Manual height adjustment of the machine, with standard
settings from half bottle to magnum.
The lower part is made of stainless steel, with
transparent opening panels for the upper part, according
to official regulations and CRAM recommendations.
Description
of operations:
The machine includes three successive roundabouts. The
first one has 12 extraction stations, the second 12
dosing stations and the third 12 topping-up stations.
The bottles, brought in by a feeding screw, are
introduced onto the first extraction roundabout and then
taken to the next carrousels, for the following
operations:
Extraction
By pressurised carbon dioxide or air, wine is extracted
to make space for the dosing liquor.
The bottles are held by the neck and the wine is
extracted, while the bottle is sealed.
The extracted volume is adjustable, from 0 to 10
centilitres, through a mechanism located in the centre
of the extraction tower which regulates all 12
extracting stations simultaneously.
The extracted wine is transferred to a glass container
which automatically feeds the topping-up station.
Dosage
The dosage is performed with bottles tilted at 60°, the
ideal position so as not to disturb the wine.
Each dosing nozzle is fitted with a liquor brake to
adjust the best speed of the liquor into the wine.
Standard dose, from 0 to 6 centilitres.
Please specify for higher dosages.
A unique central wheel allows the simultaneous
adjustment of the 12 dosing stations.
The dosing control ensures the correct filling of the
dosing container and the proper transfer into the bottle.
Topping-up
The bottles are held by the collar,
vertical and sealed.
The topping-up height is adjustable mm by mm, from 60 to
120 mm from the top of the ring.
A special system enables to bring in extra wine when the
wine gathered from the extracting roundabout is not
sufficient.
Electrical
characteristics
This machine is manufactured according to the current
norms, IP 44 protection for motor and electrical cabinet
(on special estimate, IP 55 protection or special
protection for damp conditions)
Waterproof electrical cabinet
Control circuits are fed with 24 volts
The
control panel is fitted with an emergency red button
stop, control buttons, safety lights, safety reset
switch before restart, and step by step remote control
unit for adjustments.
